This is because virtualisation settings have not been set on the CPU. To fix this, restart the computer and enter the BIOS. Under the CPU settings, enable virtualisation settings, then try again.
VMware Workstation will still work without action on this warning, but will be unable to emulate VMs with 64 bit CPUs; Only VMs with 32 bit CPUs will power on.
